“I Hate My Job!” Meditation Helps Relieve Job Angst
Meditation helps employees re-engage Sad to say, but I don’t know many people who like their jobs. A recent article in the New York Times by Tony Schwartz and Christine Porath entitled “Why You Hate Work” (link below) highlights this. The article begins “The way we’re working isn’t working.” How true. The authors discuss workplace conditions that cause employees to feel disengaged, weary, and zapped of creative energies, and they propose some simple remedies.
